When the system is not in the running state, click this button to enter the configuration screen, but it cannot be entered during running.
To prevent misoperation, you need to enter a password when entering. The password is a fixed value: 51011
2.5.2 There are five pages in the device configuration screen
2.5.3 Entire machine startup delay input box:
Enter the start delay time of the whole machine, the range is 0.00~5.00 seconds.
When the system is started, start the winder first, and wait for this time before starting the whole machine, so that the winder has enough tension output.
2.5.4 The input box of the waiting time for the whole machine to start up:
Range 0.0~5.0 seconds.
During the start-up process of the whole machine, when the speed reaches the "start-up speed of the whole machine" in the mechanical parameter setting screen, the acceleration will stop and continue for the time set by this parameter, and then accelerate to the target linear speed.
2.5.5 Input box of normal parking brake interval time:
Enter the interval time of each brake during normal stop, the range is 0~1000 milliseconds.
2.5.6 Emergency stop braking interval input box:
Enter the interval time from the free stop command to the cancellation of the running command (the brake will be stopped when the running command is canceled) for each unit in emergency stop, the range is 0~1000 milliseconds.
2.5.7 The setting box of the delay time of constant speed combined braking:
Enter the delay time from the rewinding brake to the constant speed brake when stopping (does not distinguish between normal and emergency stops), the range is 0~5000 milliseconds.
The purpose of this parameter is to solve the problem that the inertia of the reeling coupler is large, so it is difficult to brake quickly.
2.5.8 Cascade quantity setting input box:
Enter the number of cascades, the maximum can be set to 13 (excluding the winding, the extended function version can be set to a maximum of 12 connection), the initial power-on is 0.
The system cannot identify whether the interface resources of the used PLC support it. For the relationship between the number of cascades and PLC interface resources, please refer to the description of PLC configuration in Chapter 3.
2.5.9 Inverter maximum frequency setting input area:
Enter the maximum frequency that the inverter needs to set. After setting this parameter and pressing the "Confirm Modification" button next to it, the maximum frequency and upper limit frequency of each inverter (EM303B are F0.16 and F0.17) will be rewritten.
Note that you must click the "Confirm Modification" button next to the input box, otherwise the input parameters will be invalid.
When using for the first time, you must set this parameter and click the "Confirm Modification" button.
This parameter is used as the calculation benchmark of linear speed and synchronous speed, please be sure to set it correctly.
2.5.10 Analog calibration parameter setting input area:
Due to the impedance of the analog signal input terminals of the inverter, when the number of parallel connections is different, it may cause
The output value of the DA module of the PLC drops with different amplitudes, which causes the inverter to fail to reach the maximum frequency. Therefore, it is necessary to input the calibration coefficient according to the actual voltage signal measurement result.
The range of this parameter is 0.00~3.00, which means the difference between the actual voltage value of the analog terminal and 10V when the PLC command outputs 10V. For the setting method, please refer to chapter 5.4.4.
Example: When the PLC command outputs 10V, and the actual output voltage measured with a multimeter is 9.2V, this parameter should be set to 10.00-9.20=0.80.
Note that you must click the "Confirm Modification" button next to the input box, otherwise the input parameters will be invalid.
This parameter is invalid when choosing to send the synchronization speed by communication.
2.5.11 Tension setting input area:
Enter the tension setting value of the winder, the unit is N.
This parameter is only valid when the winder is in tension open loop mode.
Note that you must click the "Confirm Modification" button next to the input box, otherwise the input parameters will be invalid.
2.5.12 Die wear alarm threshold input area:
Enter how much the calculated die wear value changes, and the die wear alarm will be performed. The range of this value is
0.0~100.0, which means the change rate of the mold size with the mold size input through the mechanical parameter screen as the denominator.
Mold size change rate = (detected mold size - mold set value) / mold set value.
When it is detected that the wear amount of the mold reaches this set value, it will give an alarm by flashing in the operation monitoring screen, but it will not stop and judge as a failure.
Note: It is impossible to detect whether the mold of the constant speed coupling is worn, and it cannot guarantee that the detected wear rate is consistent with the actual one.
The button next to the input box is highlighted, and the word "Enable" is displayed to indicate the detection. No detection if the button is off and the word "Disabled" is displayed
2.5.13 Frequency converter communication baud rate selection:
Select the baud rate of communication with the inverter, this value must be consistent with the setting of the inverter.
2.5.14 Winder operation mode selection button:
Tension closed-loop mode: Rewinding runs in tension closed-loop mode, that is, there are tension swing bars and tension sensors.
Tension open-loop mode: Rewinding runs in tension open-loop mode, that is, without tension pendulum and tension sensor.
2.5.15 Synchronous speed given mode selection:
Communication mode given: send the synchronous speed frequency through RS485 communication mode.
Using this method, it is not necessary to configure the D/A module for the PLC, but the acceleration and deceleration time will be prolonged. The specific extension depends on the communication baud rate and the number of cascades.
The faster the communication baud rate, the smaller the extension of acceleration and deceleration. But too fast communication baud rate is easy to cause communication error, generally set at 19200 is appropriate.
Analog given: The synchronous speed given is output in analog mode through the D/A module configured for PLC.
It is recommended to use the analog setting method, the communication method will cause the phenomenon of greatly prolonging the start and stop time.
2.5.16 The running screen displays the tension setting buttons of each unit:
When display is selected, the real-time tension feedback value of each link will be displayed on the second page of the operation monitoring screen. However, there is a certain delay and does not represent the actual tension. It is only for checking the fluctuation of the tension pendulum when it is impossible to look directly.
2.5.17 Fixed-length calculation configuration area
2.5.17.1 Fixed-length calculation source selection button
System estimation: obtained by integrating the calculated linear velocity of the system. (factory default)
External pulse: Calculated according to the number of pulse input signals of PLC X0 terminal.
This method needs to use a tachometer wheel on the outlet side to measure the wire speed, and it is necessary to ensure that there is no slippage between the tachometer wheel and the material to be tested.
The output signal of the tachometer wheel uses a dry switch and is connected to the X0 terminal of the PLC. At the same time, the diameter of the tachometer wheel and the number of pulses per turn need to be input through the touch screen.
2.5.17.2 Tachywheel Diameter Input Box
Enter the diameter of the tachometer wheel, the range is 0.0~300.0 mm.
2.5.17.3 Input box of the number of pulses per revolution

2.5.18.6 Mode 5: Jog, cascade switch configuration is the same as Mode 1.
The difference between mode 5 and mode 1 is that the jog operation is a pulse mode: depress the jog switch to start the jog operation, release the jog switch to keep the jog operation, and stop when the jog switch is depressed again. When the linkage is required for a long time, the operator does not need to press the foot switch all the time.
2.5.18.7 The above 5 ways correspond to different PLC terminal definitions and switch types, as shown below:
The use of switches and the definition of PLC terminals in different switch configurations are taken as examples of the first and second pairs, and the other links refer to the second link.
