The specific movement process of nail making machine

The fully automatic nail making machine mainly consists of a wire feeding mechanism, a cold heading mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a cold extrusion mechanism, and a cutting mechanism. 

Among them, the wire feeding mechanism is mainly composed of a groove wheel mechanism, which can achieve intermittent wire feeding action;

 The cold heading mechanism is mainly composed of an eccentric crank slider mechanism, which utilizes the quick return characteristic to generate sufficient cold heading force during the stroke stage to shape the nail cap;

 The clamping mechanism, cold extrusion mechanism, and cutting mechanism are all composed of a cam mechanism, which can clamp, extrude the nail tip, and cut the steel wire at the corresponding time.


The specific movement process is as follows: driven by the main shaft, the groove wheel mechanism begins to feed wire. 

After the wire feeding is completed, the clamping mechanism clamps it. 

The cold heading mechanism, cold extrusion mechanism, and cutting mechanism successively process the steel wire by upsetting the nail cap, squeezing the nail tip, and cutting the steel wire, causing the processed steel nail to fall off. 

Finally, the clamping mechanism releases, and the formed steel nail falls off, and the mechanism enters the next cycle.
