Machine working principle
1. The raw wire passes through the high rack wire pay-off frame, then passes through the descaling machine, during through the descaling wheel, the oxide layer on the wire been removed.
2. The wire continues to pass through the abrasive belt polishing machine, and the fine metal dust and rust adsorbed on the surface of the wire are polished off by the internal abrasive belt movement.
3. The wire become clean, and it can be drawn to the required wire diameter through the wire drawing machine. There is no need to polish separately after making the nails.
4. The drawing powder needs to be changed to low-oil calcium(Ca)-natrium(Na)-based combined drawing lubricating powder.
They are two different wire drawing powder formulas. The pure natrium(Na)-based drawing lubricating powder has a much better efficiency, and the price is also much more expensive. The low-oil calcium(Ca)-natrium(Na)-based combined drawing lubricating powder can also be used, but it is only limited to the front drawing drums(die boxes), and the last two drawing drums(die boxes), recommend to use pure natrium(Na)-based drawing lubricating powder when drawing at high speed.
