Model description: STI-AJD-100 can be used for nails with a length of less than 100mm, and it’s the most commonly used model.

Equipment speed: The speed is adjustable. The speed of making 50mm nails is above 2300pcs/ minute. The larger the nail, the slower the collating speed, and the smaller the nail, the faster the speed.

Welding speed: 3300 pcs/min. The welding speed completely exceeds the nail material speed, so there will be no missing or false welding when the old welding machine is running at high speed.

Equipment power: general power consumption is 3-5Kw, and the speed of the equipment, Nail size, welding current, welding wire diameter, etc. are related.

Warranty: one-year warranty whole machine, two-year warranty welder.
