4.Inlet wire strength (N/mm²): Based on how many wire drawing times(how many drums)

5.Inlet wire diameter (mm): Φ6.5/6.0/5.5/5.0 mm

6.Outlet wire diameter (mm): depends on what is usage of the final wire, for produce the wire nails, normally Φ3.65/3.30/3.15/2.87/2.65/2.50/2.30/2.10/2.00/1.80mm

7.Maximum working speed of finished wires (m/s):depends on the moter power and finished wire diameter (heavy load lower speed, light load higher speed)

8.Maximum total compression rate: 81%

9.Wire take-up machine: Trunk type wire take-up machine, I spool type driven wire take-up machine 

10.Noise: ≤83dB(A)

11.Motor power: 30/22/18.5/15KW 

12.Braking time: normal ≤60S, fast stop: ≤30S, emergency stop: ≤5S

13.Cooling method: the inner drum vortex water cooling, and mold circulation water cooling.
